We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in late cancellation / no show fees. Please call or email the salon to cancel an appointment.
Fees are as follows:
Haircut / styling or other services: $50
Hair colour or chemical services: $100
Skin, hair loss solution and extension services: 50% of service.
Credit card info is required for all bookings.
Hair colour / Chemical services
A $100 deposit is required for all new clients booking hair colour and chemical services. Deposits will go toward the balance of each service and will be deducted when final payment is due after each service. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Hair extensions / Hair topper
If hair is needing to be ordered, 50% of the cost of hair extension or topper is due upon booking. The remaining balance will be charged at the time of service along with the remaining balance of installation. Deposits are non refundable.
Consultations are an important part in determining ones' ability and compatibility to receive a service at Beard & Bardot. $50 is charged to have a consultation with our senior and master staff. If you decide to book with us following your consult, the fee will be deducted from the total of your future service. If you or the stylist do not wish to move forward with an appointment, the $50 charge is forfeited to Beard & Bardot.
Gift cards can not be exchanged or refunded.
All memberships are a 12 month commitment. After the 12 month period, you can cancel within 30 days of the renewal date. All memberships can be paused at anytime. If you are unable to make use of your membership during a particular month, your services will roll over to the next month.
Products and services cannot be refunded. However, we can exchange or give salon credit for any unopened products with a valid purchase receipt. Unused and unopened tools can be refunded to the same payment method with proof of receipt within 30 days of purchase.
We offer services for all ages. If a child is not receiving a service please be advised that the salon is a busy environment with tools and chemicals that can be dangerous to children. Unattended children are not permitted in the salon. Please arrange child care before your services to be mindful that the salon is not a space for babysitting or entertaining busy children who - reasonably so - do not want to spend hours waiting for their parent or guardian to get a service done. Many visit the salon to get a break from their own children and expect to relax. Unruly or disruptive children will not be tolerated and an appointment could be cancelled on the spot.
Out of respect for your stylist and all others in the salon, please reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are unwell, especially if you are contagious to others. Please note our cancelation policy is still in effect and we require 24 hours notice to avoid any fees. If you arrive noticeably sick your appointment can and will be cancelled, unfortunately resulting in any prior deposits being forfeited.
If a staff member feels they or others are being threatened, mistreated, disrespected, intimidated or abused in any way they have the right to cancel or end an appointment on the spot. We do not tolerate any abusive language or actions and will end communication over the phone, in person or social media immediately. Future appointments will not be made and you will no longer be welcome at the salon. We have and hold the right to refuse service.
All policies are in place to protect and maintain business whilst providing a safe and stable workplace for our staff. Respect and compliance of our policies ensures a harmonious experience for both staff and patron.
