STYLIST LEVELS & PRICING

Beard & Bardot maintains a history of full transparency and integrity regarding our business practices and pricing structure. Education is incredibly important to us, and we always strive to ensure that our clients have any and all information needed before booking a service with us. On that note, we wanted to take a moment to dive into the way we price our services, as well as an explanation of what our different stylist levels represent.

Our salon takes pride in the quality of services we provide, and to the best of our ability, ensuring a luxury experience for our clients. Our team and the way we function is based on a love for what we do, which translates to a group of stylists who consistently go above and beyond for both their clients as well as their peers. We are dedicated to continuing to provide this elevated salon experience, as well as making sure our beloved stylist(s) are compensated appropriately for their craft based on education, experience, skill and demand.

We have always offered different price points based on stylist level, which gives our clients the freedom to choose the best option for you and your budget. Beard & Bardot currently offers services with Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Master stylists. Each level does not sacrifice on service quality or care.

Our Junior stylists are at an introductory level. They have finished hair school at this point, and their time in the industry is typically 1-3 years. Their skill is being consistently developed and perfected.

Our Intermediate stylists are at the next level. They have had a little more time behind the chair working with and gaining experience in different hair textures and more complicated colour services. Time in industry is approximately 3-6 years.

Our Senior stylists have spent years honing their craft and perfecting their skill. These stylists have mastered most services and provide the most efficient service timing. Our senior staff will typically have less availability in their schedules for last-minute appointments and require appointment pre-booking to ensure you are able to see them. 

The title of Master stylist is reserved for those who have dedicated a large chunk of their lives to perfecting the art of hair. They are the best of the best, and typically reside in leadership or education roles. At Beard & Bardot the title of Master is reserved for our owner and lead stylist, Jordana. 

When it comes to the way our services are priced, there are two components that are factored into the final cost of your appointment: parts and labour. The labour is based on the stylist level, and the parts is based on how much product is used for your individual service. This model gives us a streamlined way to maintain transparency to both clients and stylists on what and how we charge, and how clients can customize their experience based on budgetary needs.
